Zeolite

Volcanic processes took place before the end of the Miocene about 12 million years in the area of the Tokaj Mountains in North-Eastern Hungary. The first products of volcanic activity were the rhyolitic tuffs those have been assembled from the volcanic ash and then have transformed into the alternative versions of the zeolites containing a number of trace elements.

The minerals are valuable minerals, they are able to absorb and release gases and ions, it means that they may act as intermediate for metabolism between the roots of the plant and animal intestinal system and their environments. This metabolism is promoted by catalysators involved in zeolites. These properties make zeolite products possible for cleaning and filtration of water, wastewater and solutions due to the large inner surface of this material’s cristalline system.  The useful part extracted from mineral is produced by mining methods,  then zeolite is crushed, milled and classified as per demands of customers and fields of application.
