Introduction

Scope of activities : the  MINERALHOLDING  LOGISZTICS and TRADING Co. Ltd.,

  The company was founded in 1991 by the state-owned National Ore and Mineral Mining Co., Budapest and also state-owned Slovakian Keramicke Zavody (KERKO), Košice, Slovakia, for processing with the aim of harmonization and strengthening of their activities processing mining products and semi-finished product and their trading in Central  – and Eastern Europe.  After privatization processes, both state-owned founding companies –  the Slovakian as well as the Hungarian ones – became privately owned.

At present, the group of owners consists of two persons.  The registered capital of the company is 15 000 000 HUF, the annual net turnover is exceeds 200 000 000 HUF.

The main activity of Mineralholding is foreign trading of industrial minerals, particularly sale and distribution of raw perlite from Palhaza deposit for European markets at the base of an agency agreement concluded with PERLIT-92 Kft as producing mining company. Moreover, different types of  quartz sand ( mainly for foundry purposes ) , zeolite, bentonite, milled limestone, alginite, clay, expanded perlite and other mineral products are also sold.

Our company has established very good business relations with customers in neighboring countries as well as for supply of customers in Western Europe and  – during its nearly of 30 years, regarding our experienced staff   –  has gained prestige, recognition and strong position at professional organizations and customers. Our old and new customers visit us for

At the field of trading and application of industrial minerals, our company is facing up to newest innovation and application technology questions. Domestic suppliers of industrial minerals are also taken into consideration. Our company is ready to cooperate in any kind of purchase  and sale of building material, semi-finished or finished product those are close to our scope of activities.

Since the mid 1990-ies, our company started distribution of micro and automatic irrigation equipment – a group of products and services being more and more popular at the Hungarian market.

These  K-Rain and ORBIT products – elements and spare parts of irrigation systems providing excellent price/performance ratio – are imported from the U.S.A. by our company as an authorized dealer entitled by both U.S. companies. Newest products offerred at our company is a range of outdoor vaporizing, „cloud-making” water cooling systems made partly in the U.S.A., partly in Italy  at professional, semi-professional and hobby levels. The professional, high pressure systems can be applied in a wide range of cooling demands both by private buyers and also by small enterprises at the field of hotel, restaurant, catering as well as agriculture and winery and, last but not least, powder fixing requirements at mineral processing technologies.
